Currently an assistant professor in the Department of K-12 Educational Administration at Michigan State University, Dr. Melissa Usiak has also worked as a building principal in at-risk elementary and middle schools.  She is also the Executive Director of Michigan Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development. Melissa is committed to working with learning organizations that have a quest for higher levels of intentional practice and efficient and effective group work that will impact the educational experiences of all students. A former teacher, principal, and district coach, she brings solid experience to her services in organizational development:  presenting, facilitating, and coaching.
